Three Habits of Happiness

Three habits – gratitude, self-compassion, and mindfulness practices – can have a positive effect on mood, reduce stress, and prevent burnout. In this wellness coaching workshop, we will try a variety of practices that can fit into a busy life. We will also identify MIT resources to help support wellbeing and personal growth.
