Stress Management for Wellbeing

In this workshop, you will learn to decrease the stress response and improve the ability to relax, using breathwork, mindfulness practices, and body-based techniques. No equipment needed. Other workshops in this Performance Coaching series include: Setting Wellbeing Goals on January 10 Journaling for Wellbeing on January 17 Please register for the workshops in order to receive the materials, even if you are unable to attend.
