Monday Mindfulness

This free mindfulness course will include skills from the Koru Mindfulness toolkit, including breathing techniques, meditation practices, and mindfulness tips to help relieve stress and to calm mind and body. All experience levels welcome.

There will be no class on Monday, January 16, 2023.
