MIT Monday Mindfulness

Weekly on Mondays for six sessions see all

October 24 @ 4:00 pm 4:30 pm

This mindfulness course will include skills from the Koru Mindfulness toolkit, including breathing techniques, meditation practices, and mindfulness tips to help relieve stress and to calm mind and body. All experience levels welcome.

Registration is required to receive the Zoom link.
