3-Week Mindfulness Reboot
June 7 @ 4:00 pm – 4:45 pm
This mindfulness course will include skills from the Koru mindfulness toolkit, including breathing techniques, meditation practices, class discussion, and a final mini-retreat to help relieve stress and calm mind and body.
Since each week builds on the last, attendance at all three classes is requested.
All experience levels welcome. Registration is required.
