Why We Accept Misinformation and How to Fight It

Mitsui Professor of Political Science Adam Berinsky will speak on Monday, October 21, from 4 to 5 p.m. in Huntington Hall (10-250) about his forthcoming book, Why We Accept Misinformation & How to Fight It, which delves into the spread of political rumors and their impact on public perception and division. Sponsored by the Provost, Chancellor, and ICEO, the event will be followed by optional small group discussions for those who preregister.
