Join the MIT Office of Sustainability for a Virtual Cooking Demo with guest chef Angela Hofmann, Owner of Nüssli118 (just a few Red Line stops away from MIT), who will demonstrate how to prepare delicious, nutritious, plant-based meals using simple, affordable (and seasonal!) ingredients. This will be a Virtual Cooking Demonstration, join from the comfort of your desk, kitchen table, couch, etc.
