Koru-Style Mindfulness Mini-Retreat

This virtual mini-retreat is an abbreviated version of the Koru Mindfulness half-day retreat.

Meditation practices: breathing, relaxing, walking, and yoga.

No experience necessary. If you can dress comfortably, have a chair, and clear enough space to walk a few paces back and forth, that would be helpful. If you are unable to participate in walking or yoga, alternatives will be offered.
