Christmas Eve-eve Chair Yoga and Relaxation

Unwind your body and mind with yoga stretches and mental relaxation techniques. Yoga stretches can be done sitting in a chair or standing. No experience or equipment necessary, but feel free to wear comfortable, loose clothing and use a mat or towel if you would like to lie down during the final guided relaxation practice.
