Banh mi Study Break

Join the Vietnamese Students Association in our banh mi study break to learn about Vietnamese culture through food! This event is in conjunction with Weekends@MIT, and initiative to promote weekend, late night substance-free events. What is a Banh mi? A banh mi is a Vietnamese sandwich, typically made with a light and crispy baguette filled with a protein (typically cold cuts), pâté, butter, pickled daikon and carrots, cilantro, cucumbers, and jalapeños.
