AAA Study Break – DIY Spring Rolls
Take a study break and join us next Monday the 17th from 8-9pm at the Wellbeing Lab (Stud 3) to DIY some spring rolls! You will be entered into a raffle for a pair of tickets to see @brenjoy on march 30th @ 8 pm, sponsored by @bowerypresents (kissyface)
Wellbeing Wednesdays: Movement-Based Study Break
Join Recreation Director, Stephanie Smith, for a short movement based study break. You will focus on both low impact movements and stretching to increase alertness and decrease stress.
MIT Puppy Lab
Join us every Friday in the Wellbeing Lab (3rd floor, Stud) from 12-1pm for unconditional puppy love!
Line Dancing
Take a break from studying and come dance! Country line dancing is a popular form of social dancing that can be done to many different styles of music and is very beginner friendly. Lessons are taught weekly by MIT professor and dance enthusiast David Karger. No experience necessary!
