Mindfulness Mini-Course
Learn about and practice mindfulness meditation, breathing techniques, stretches, relaxation practices, and skills for daily life to calm mind and body. All experience levels welcome. Feel free to register even if you are not able to attend all three sessions. Classes run 4-4:45 p.m.
