Wellbeing Wednesdays: Study Break – 15 Minute Yoga Flow
Get into your flow state with MIT Student and Certified Yoga Instructor, Maurice Lubetzki. Flows will be approximately 15 minutes long. Join for one flow or for all! Mats provided, personal mats welcome.
Line Dancing
Take a break from studying and come dance! Country line dancing is a popular form of social dancing that can be done to many different styles of music and is very beginner friendly. Lessons are taught weekly by MIT professor and dance enthusiast David Karger. No experience necessary!
