PUMP Week 3: Finding Career Mentors

This is the third session of the MIT “Power Up My Postdoc” (PUMP) program. This session will focus on 1) learning how to seek out a variety of mentors to support your career development and success, and 2) reflecting on how to strengthen your relationship with your advisor.

The 3-week “Power Up My Postdoc” (PUMP) program aims to help you reflect on and develop your professional goals to make the most of your postdoc position at MIT. You will also get a chance to meet other postdocs and form a supportive community. Each session will feature interactive discussion and exercises.

Please register for each session that you can attend. Light breakfast and coffee/tea will be served. Open to MIT Postdocs.
