By writing letters for someone else\, we have an immense power to influence others and our field at large. So how do we handle these processes and what are the best practices? At this hands-on workshop for graduate students and postdocs\, you will learn what effective letters of reference have in common\, and how to navigate the letter of reference process as a letter writer and a letter requester.
