DESCRIPTION:This is the second session of the MIT “Power Up My Postdoc” (PUMP) program. This session will focus on 1) learning about career planning and exploration strategies and 2) developing specific and actionable goals for your postdoctoral training to help you prepare for your future career. \nThe 3-week “Power Up My Postdoc” (PUMP) program aims to help you reflect on and develop your professional goals to make the most of your postdoc position at MIT. You will also get a chance to meet other postdocs and form a supportive community.
