SUMMARY:Oasis of Calm
DESCRIPTION:The Libraries are happy to resume our weekly half hour of silent mindfulness\, now held in The Oasis (located on the second floor of the Hayden Library) every Wednesday at noon from March 9 through the end of May. \nThe Oasis of Calm is open to all.  No previous experience is necessary\, and you don’t have to stay for the full half hour; even a few minutes of stillness will help you be more relaxed\, energized\, and productive. \nPlease email ce-lib@mit.edu if you require special accommodations in order to participate.
