DESCRIPTION:Ashira Ali Darwish is a motivational speaker from Palestine who founded Catharsis holistic healing\, a trauma therapy project. She will be leading a discussion and guided practice of somatic and sufi healing modalities for continuous and complex trauma for MIT students. This active meditation will help you release tension and anxiety in the body. Dinner will be provided.\n\nJoin us on Wednesday\, February 5th\, 2025 from 5:30pm -7:00pm in the Wellbeing Lab (3rd Floor Stud).
