SUMMARY:I Am A LEADer Student Virtual Diversity Conference
DESCRIPTION:Through collaborative efforts between Student Organizations\, Leadership\, and Engagement (SOLE)\, LBGTQ+ Services\, Women and Gender Services (WXGS) and Intercultural Engagement (i.e.)\, over 400 students have participated in the I Am a LEADer virtual conference for the last 3 years! Last year we had just about 100 students participate and gave out 15+ LEADer badges to students who completed at least 8 of the 21 workshops over the last week of IAP.  \nThe conference will take place virtually over the last week of IAP from January 29th – February 2nd\, 2024 and is open to all MIT undergraduates\, graduates\, and postdocs! NOTE: Post-Doctoral Students should email iamaleader@mit.edu to register for this event.
