DESCRIPTION:Take a Study Break with the Wellbeing Ambassadors (WAs)! \nRock your finals and shred your fears!  Destress with our wellbeing activities then refresh with hot chocolate\, coffee\, and pastries.  There will be rocks to decorate with positive and encouraging messages\, scissors to cut paper snowflakes\, and paper to write your stressors and fears on to shred (paper shredder provided).
